Central Station Education Initiative is pleased to partner with REACH Innovation.  REACH delivers high quality training, work experience and employment/personal supports to its trainees in the skilled trades, in partnership with community partners and organizations.  We would like to thank REACH’s David Young for constructing a custom foam lined case to protect the 101-year-old master control panel during restoration/renovation work at Central Fire Station.  The master control panel was the latest technology a century ago – providing Welland’s firefighters with the location of alarms coming in from the street corner fire alarm call boxes - at that time pretty much the only way to report a fire!
