Detailed Plan for Central Fire Hall Presented to Welland Council

Almost a year ago, Nora Reid of the Welland Heritage Subcommittee - Central Fire Hall presented a basic plan to the City of Welland to make use of the popular landmark the Central Fire Hall. At that time council decided to delay any actions regarding the building until a more detailed plan could be developed.
