Announcing Restoration Project
An exceptional expression of Canadian Architecture and Fire Fighting History built in 1920 in the Edwardian Classical Style with a basilica plan unique among 20th century Canadian fire halls. Designed by French Canadian architect Walter W. LaChance. Inside, the original equipment and furniture from the 1920’s -1960’s will be restored for public display. Upper floors will be a multi use centre supporting the project. We’re counting on your support!
